The granddaddy of all homestead-law charts is Kelley's Homestead Paradigm, by renowned Florida homestead-law expert Rohan Kelley. We now have another excellent resource to work with in Charles Rubin's homestead chart, poetically entitled Restrictions on Transfers of Florida Homestead Property. Both are reliable, user-friendly tools for the practicing probate lawyer. Good stuff, highly recommended.
